Munster Shared Teleservices Forum
MUSTEL (Munster Shared Teleservices) is a network of contact centres in the Munster region. It was established in December 1998 as a platform for contact centres to share information and ideas. It includes companies ranging in size from contact centres with 5 seats to those with 700. It represents a broad range of commercial activity including the leisure, IT, insurance, health, telecommunications, agriculture, newspaper and financial services industries.
